PROLYTICS

The analytics layer your coaching staff runs the week on.

Scrim review, opponent prep, draft planning and recruitment — in one place, built on your GRID data. No spreadsheets to rebuild, no manual entry.

02  ·  The week you actually have

Most analysis time goes into rebuilding the same thing.

The data already exists. It is just never in a form you can use on a Thursday afternoon with a match on Saturday.

Opponent prep

Starts from a blank document

Every opponent means another pass through VODs and Leaguepedia, typed up by hand into a doc that is stale a patch later.

Scrim blocks

Reviewed once, then lost

Yesterday's scrims get talked through and forgotten. Nobody can answer what your win rate on a composition has been across the split.

Draft plans

Live in someone's head

Scenarios, trade rules and fearless state get held in memory or a Discord thread, and rebuilt from scratch for the next series.

03  ·  What Prolytics does

Four jobs your staff already does, done in one place.

01

Review your scrims

Games arrive from GRID automatically. Statistics, drafts, vision and pathing, per series and across the split.

02

Prep the opponent

A complete scouting report built from officials, scrims and logged drafts — as a link you can send.

03

Plan the draft

Scenario trees, pool tiers and trade rules, with fearless state carried across the whole series.

04

Find your next player

A recruitment pipeline over a pro database, ERL form and SoloQ climbers, with notes on every prospect.

Everything is scoped to your team. Your staff sees your data; nobody else does.

03 / 15

04  ·  Scrim analysis

Your scrims, analysed without anyone typing them in.

Games flow in from GRID. Every series gets a block breakdown: gold difference at 8 and 15, damage and gold share, solo kills and deaths, jungle and support proximity, forward percentage.

Notes attach at both game and scrim-block level. A draft that came through wrong can be corrected in place. Filter the whole split by champion, opponent, patch, player, side or result.

05  ·  Match Prep

The opponent report, built for you before you open a VOD.

One report per opponent, assembled from official matches, your scrims against them, and drafts you logged off stream. Four tabs:

Overview

Where you stand

  • Head-to-head timeline across every recorded meeting
  • Configurable indicator set for the numbers your staff cares about
Draft

How they draft

  • Full draft history, filtered to officials, scrims or manual logs
  • Pick priorities, flex picks, last picks, ban rotations made and against
  • Duo pairings — jungle-mid, jungle-support, bot-support
  • Response patterns and fearless tracking
Champions

What they play

  • Champion pools overall and by role, with matchup cards
  • Builds and runes per player
Map & Tempo

How they play it

  • Opening analysis and jungle pathing
  • Ward patterns and vision setups

The report is a URL. Filters and the open tab live in the link, so a prepared view can be saved, handed to your staff, or sent straight to your players — and it opens without a login.

06  ·  Draft Prep

Plan the series, not just the first draft.

A collaborative board per opponent holding a tree of scenarios and branches — Game 1 Draft 2, variation 1, variation 2 — so the staff walks in with the whole series mapped rather than one plan and a hope.

The board

Scenario tree

  • Slot-level champion search with suggestions as you build
  • Branches and variations per game in the series
  • Result recording that carries into the next game
Pools

Ours and theirs, tiered

  • Champion pool sidebar split between your side and the opponent
  • Tier badges with team-level defaults
  • Pick-priority panel with manual overrides
Rules

Trade rules

  • Encode the trades you will and will not take
  • Hints where a pattern is detected in their history
Fearless

State across the series

  • Champions already spent are tracked in every branch
  • Scouting notes panel and a printable cheat sheet

07  ·  Minimap viewer

Watch the map, not the VOD.

Scrub any game on a timeline with every objective, kill and turret as a filterable event. Player positions, vision and objective setups render on the map at the moment you care about.

Works on your own scrims and on professional matches, so you can review your opening against how a tier-one team plays the same setup — in the same tool. Drawing tools and video export for the review session itself.

08  ·  Draft & blind-pick database

Every competitive draft, queryable.

Search the corpus by champion conditions and pick order. Blind-pick win rates by role against general win rate, counters, ban patterns, and the drafts behind every number.

Compare two patches or two regions side by side, rank champion priority, read direct and indirect matchups, role pairings, and item and rune win rates.

09  ·  Scouting Hub

Run recruitment as a pipeline, not a group chat.

Pipeline

Every prospect has a stage

  • Candidates filtered by role and priority, with configurable stages
  • Activity trail and tasks per candidate
  • Scouting notes and reports that can be shared
Discovery

Players you have not heard of yet

  • ERL performers surfaced against their team's placement
  • SoloQ climbers tracked automatically
  • Manual tracking by Leaguepedia or lolpros.gg lookup
The profile

More than a KDA

  • Role radar and score radar, champion pool breakdown
  • Gank statistics and jungle pathing
  • Spatial minimap review of their games
Context

Career history attached

  • Leaguepedia career tiles and match history
  • SoloQ form alongside competitive form

Most valuable in November and December, when every roster in the region is moving at once.

10  ·  Players, SoloQ & Discord

Player form, without asking anyone how it is going.

Link each player's Riot accounts once. Champion pool, recent games and trend views follow automatically, unified across scrims, officials and solo queue.

Lineup reports share by token link with no login for the reader. A Discord bot posts game-finish notifications plus daily and weekly SoloQ reports into your server, so a coach can act without opening the platform.

11  ·  In their words

What the staff using it say.

We’ve been using Prolytics throughout 2026 and it’s been an amazing tool for us. We use it for scouting opponents and getting access to information that we simply wouldn’t be able to find on other sites, while also using it to track our own scrim stats and give us a clear overview of our practice. Being able to follow stats from leagues all around the world in the same place is also incredibly useful. Overall, it’s made both our preparation and analysis a lot easier.
Ted Head of League of Legends  ·  Lundqvist Lightside
When my team was under pressure, Prolytics gave us a way to track things I simply couldn’t stay on top of on my own. Having scrims and match preparation in the same place has saved me a significant amount of time, and it’s been a real step change in how efficiently we work — time I can put straight back into coaching.
Adam (Kizuro) Pokorný Head Coach  ·  Team Orange Gaming
Prolytics is the perfect app for any coach who appreciates a good set of data without having to use an in-house analyst. It gives you all the tools you need to perform — really detailed scouting, scrim and official data you cannot get otherwise, and a lot of draft intel to make sure you are never behind in any meta. Since using Prolytics I have taken a big step up in how I manage and track the team, improved my drafting, and optimised the time I spend on those tasks.

12  ·  What you need to start

A GRID account unlocks your own games. Everything else works without one.

With GRID — from €200/month

The full platform

Your scrims ingest automatically — statistics, drafts, vision, jungle pathing, minimap review of your own games, SoloQ tracking and the Discord bot. This is where most teams end up.

Without GRID

Runs on public competitive data

The full draft and blind-pick database, counterpick and pick-order analysis, Leaguepedia analytics, the professional player and team databases, minimap review of professional games, and the Scouting Hub. A real starting point, not a demo — but match prep and anything built on your own games stay limited until GRID is connected.

Not sure what your organisation's GRID access covers? Tell me who your provider contact is and I will work it out with you before you commit to anything.

13  ·  Your data

Scrim data is the most sensitive thing you own. It is treated that way.

Isolation

Enforced in the database

Team separation is applied by row-level security at the data layer, not by hiding buttons in the interface. Your scrims are visible to your staff and to nobody else's account.

Ownership

It stays yours

Your data is exported to you on request, and deleted on request. Nothing about your games is used to build features for another team.

Access

Named and limited

Accounts are created by invitation, with roles for coaches, analysts and players. You decide who on your staff sees what.

Happy to sign a data processing agreement and answer whatever your organisation needs answered before your games go anywhere.

13 / 15

14  ·  Pricing

from €200 / month

Basic access with a GRID account starts at €200 per month. What you pay above that depends on how many rosters you run, what your GRID plan covers, and which parts of the platform you want switched on.

Scope

One roster or several

Academy and development rosters are added to an existing organisation rather than sold as a second platform.

Terms

Aligned to the split

Contracts start and renew on split boundaries so this fits how your budget is actually set. Annual prepay is discounted.

Support

You get the person who built it

Onboarding for your staff, and direct access to me when something breaks or you need a view that does not exist yet.

14 / 15

15  ·  Next step

Tell me who you play next. I will build the report and send you the link.

No cost, no account, no call required. Name your next opponent and I will build their Match Prep report — champion pools by role, flex picks, ban rotations, duo pairings — and send it as a link your staff can open immediately. If it is useful, we talk. If it is not, you keep the report.

Prolytics is built for esports organisations — tier-1 and ERL teams, academy and collegiate programmes. It is not a stats site for individual ranked players, and I would rather tell you that now than waste your afternoon.
